RETURN POLICY

How to Return a Product

Thank you for shopping with No.1 Beauty & Cosmetic, Inc. and our brand Celavi Beauty & Cosmetics (“Celavi”). We appreciate your loyalty and want to ensure all our customer feel empowered with our products. This policy is designed to outline our requirements and procedures for any and all returns/refunds.

Consumer Website Refunds

Celavi refunds item(s) purchased on www.mycelavi.com (Consumer Website) orders only under certain conditions and does not refund original shipping costs. We only refund purchases where products were damaged in our warehouse, or if the consumer received the wrong goods (wrong/incorrect item/color received).  We do not refund purchases for any other reason and do not allow any cancelations after purchase.

For any item(s) purchased wholesale via email, phone, or mail please see our Wholesale Policy, or if the item(s) were purchased from a retail/wholesale partner, or third party vendor, please contact them directly.

            How To Get A Refund

To apply for a refund, within 30 days of shipment, customers must send us an email at info@mycelavi.com and include a picture of the item(s) to be returned and describe any reasons for the return. Once we verify the information meets our policy, we will refund the cost of purchase, minus any shipping costs that was paid by you. Please be advised that we can only refund back to the original form of payment. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Our philosophy is to ensure our beauty standards in each product we sell. That is why for any return, the purchased item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (items cannot be opened, used or altered in any way), and should be sent with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Be sure to pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible. Return packages must be returned prepaid to: 1585 Rio Vista Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90023. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. We hope you understand that we cannot re-sell a previously opened or used beauty product, and doing so would violate our beauty / cleanliness standards.

Wholesale Return Policy

Unless otherwise provided for in our Wholesale Policy, we do not allow any returns, cancellations, or discounts. Returns are available only for defective products (items damaged in our warehouse, or incorrect goods.) Resellers have seven (7) days upon arrival to place a return, and all returns must include the original packaging.

Shipments that arrived in damaged condition due to our warehouse will be replaced only after proof and inspection that the damage was caused at our facilities. All Shipping & handling charges are also not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from any refund. Keep in mind that we do not refund any lost or canceled orders.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any problems due to customs and do not refund any orders that fail to pass customs, so be sure to follow proper protocol of your country. We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay to the goods for any reason whatsoever when any product leaves our warehouse.
