Celavi refunds item(s) purchased on www.mycelavi.com (Consumer Website) orders only under certain conditions and does not refund original shipping costs. We only refund purchases where products were damaged in our warehouse, or if the consumer received the wrong goods (wrong/incorrect item/color received). We do not refund purchases for any other reason and do not allow any cancelations after purchase.
For any item(s) purchased wholesale via email, phone, or mail please see our Wholesale Policy, or if the item(s) were purchased from a retail/wholesale partner, or third party vendor, please contact them directly.
To apply for a refund, within 30 days of shipment, customers must send us an email at email@example.com and include a picture of the item(s) to be returned and describe any reasons for the return. Once we verify the information meets our policy, we will refund the cost of purchase, minus any shipping costs that was paid by you. Please be advised that we can only refund back to the original form of payment. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Our philosophy is to ensure our beauty standards in each product we sell. That is why for any return, the purchased item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (items cannot be opened, used or altered in any way), and should be sent with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Be sure to pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible. Return packages must be returned prepaid to: 1585 Rio Vista Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90023. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. We hope you understand that we cannot re-sell a previously opened or used beauty product, and doing so would violate our beauty / cleanliness standards.
