RETAIL SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION for RETAIL CUSTOMERS To protect our brand, we reserve the right to refuse any order felt to be fraudulent or in connection with any fraud or illegal conduct.
Free shipping is available orders over $75.00.
- Standard Ground orders ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is submitted.
-Expedited and Overnight orders submitted by 12:30 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped out the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:30 PM ET and on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
-We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships.
How long will it take to ship?
- Standard Ground (4-7 business days after shipment).
- Expedited Delivery (2 business days after shipment).
- Overnight Delivery (1 business day after shipment).
Holiday Shipping Notice - Our recommended holiday order cutoff is December 14. Orders placed on or before this date will be fulfilled within our standard processing timeframe. We do not guarantee holiday delivery, as shipping carriers may experience delays. We advise ordering early to provide sufficient transit time.
What is the cost of shipping?
- Free Standard Ground shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.
- All orders are shipped by UPS.
- Charges for orders of less than $50:
- Standard Ground (4-7 Business Days) $8;
- Expedited Delivery (2 Business Days) $15;
- Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day) $25.
How can I track my order?
Customers:
- After signing into your account, go to My Account > Order History > Upcoming Orders. Click on the order, and the carrier's tracking page will be displayed.
- You may also track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Guests:
- Click the Track My Order link in your shipping confirmation email.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
- All items in your order must be shipped to a single "ship to" address.
- We do not ship to third party shippers.
- A valid United States address is required.
- We do not offer 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- Orders containing products with ingredients or in a format that are designated as hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law can be shipped with Standard Ground delivery only.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS / DISCOUNTS
1. Can I return for a full refund?
Yes, you can create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return an item for a full refund.
2. How long long do I have to return items?
You have 15 days from your order’s shipping date to create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). And when you submit a return, you have 2 days to ship the product back before the return will expire.
3. How do I return items?
To request a refund and obtain a return shipping label:

4. How long will it take to receive a refund for my return?
Once the return package is received at our facility, the refund will be processed within two weeks.
